It's not easy to capture Harrison Ford's likeness onto an action figure.
Look at the majority of the Han Solo's figures.
Even when I saw the Indiana Jones figures on the pegs of Toys R Us, I was really disappointed in the Indiana Jones's sculpts. They just looked like a man in an Indiana Jones's hat and jacket
That was before I stumble onto this version
I have to admit that this is not the perfect sculpt but it does grow on you (and it's so much better than the others).
It does have a resemblance to Harrison Ford.
The scale is the same as the Star Wars figures so it should fit in nicely with all your Star Wars figures
There are quite a number of accessories for this figure. It comes with the famous whip, removable hat, pistol, 2 hands (the Crystal Skull is permanently attached to one of the hands) & a wooden box (made out of cardboard) which contain a secret item. I wish that the Crystal Skull was not permanently attached to the hand but if you have a steady hand and a sharp cutter I think you could remove it.
Each figure comes with a box with a secret item in it. This figure came with a diamond (The Eye of the peacock..I guess it will feature in the movie)
Overall I am happy with the figure. I don't think I will be buying the other figures in this line. Well.....maybe 1 or 2 baddies so Indy will have someone to fight with.
The package is nice and it does scream to you "Take a look at me!"
He does look like Harrison Ford
My 3 favourite Harrison Ford's movies.
Star Wars, Indiana Jones & The Fugitive

for the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, it seems like the recipe of a good Indiana Jones film would be 1 part Nazis and 1 part biblical artifact... the Soviet army does a pretty good job of replacing the Nazis, but the other ingredient...
