I was pretty lucky that Hot Toys opened their Secret Base (Hong Kong) in late Oct as I had already planned a trip to Hong Kong in Nov before they opened. Of course the Secret base immediately became a must go location in my itinerary.
In the past, when I was holidaying in Taipei, I missed going to Beast Kingdom because I did not know what was inside. I just walked past it.
Secret Base is basically a collection point for pre-orders and the figures are nothing new. When I was there, they did not display any new figures but I am sure they would display their new figures for pre-orders. However, I really must comment on their design and decor. They were simply outstanding... I wish I could display my toys like that.
I must say great job to do up a place so that there is a proper place for fans to come and collect their pre-orders! For fans and people who are knowledgeable about Hot Toys, the visit will take less than 5 mins as you will most probably have seen the figures but do take time to soak in the outstanding decor. However for non fans, they will be amazed at the outstanding sculpts and figures from Hot Toys which we are all too familiar.

Bro, I was not lucky when I was in HKG in September. The shop opened after I came back to Singapore.
